What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items are unused and in original packaging, or confirmed defective/damaged.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

How do I get a refund?

Just email us at support@orveluxe.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item condition (damaged or defective).
    Once we hear from you, we'll walk you through the return process step by step.

When will I be refunded?

We will send you an email confirming once we receive the item and confirm its condition. We process refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Can I return a sale item?

Yes! You can return sale items if they meet our return conditions:

  • Products should be unopened or very lightly used with their original packaging included.
  • Skincare must be sealed and unused.

I received this as a gift. May I return?

If the gift item was ordered with the option labeled as such, and was mailed directly to you, store credit in the full purchase amount will be provided.
The buyer's method of payment is reimbursed in case of refund to items purchased without prior notice in advance.  

How about if I used a promo code?

No issue there—your refund will be what you paid after the discount.

Can I return something bought elsewhere?

We can only honor returns for items bought directly through Orveluxe. For third-party purchases, please reach out to the original retailer for assistance.
